Refund Policy

At ReplySentinel, we want you to be confident in your subscription. Here is our refund policy, written in plain language.

No Contracts

ReplySentinel is a month-to-month service. There are no annual contracts, no lock-in periods, and no cancellation fees. You can cancel any time from your dashboard or by emailing us.

Cancellations

When you cancel, your service continues until the end of your current billing period. After that, billing stops and we remove our access to your Google Business Profile.

Refunds

Because ReplySentinel delivers an active service from day one (we begin replying to your reviews immediately upon onboarding), we do not offer prorated refunds for unused days within a billing period.

Exceptions: We will issue a full refund of your most recent monthly payment if:

  • A technical error on our side caused your reviews to go unmonitored for more than 48 hours during your paid period, and
  • You report the issue within 30 days of the incident.

Disputes

If you have a billing concern, please email billing@replysentinel.com before initiating a chargeback. We resolve billing disputes quickly and will work with you to reach a fair outcome.
