Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ReplySentinel's automated Google review response service ("Service") provided by ReplySentinel LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of Service
ReplySentinel monitors your Google Business Profile for new reviews and publishes professional, AI-generated responses on your behalf. The Service requires you to grant ReplySentinel manager-level access to your Google Business Profile.
2. What We Do
- Monitor your Google Business Profile for new reviews
- Generate professional, personalized replies using AI
- Post replies within 24 hours of review detection
- Send you alerts for 1-2 star reviews
- Provide monthly performance reports
3. What We Will Not Do
- We will never create fake reviews or engage in review manipulation of any kind.
- We will not respond to legal threats or subpoenas on your behalf. Any such communications will be forwarded to you immediately.
- We will not post replies that offer compensation or discounts.
- We will not act as your legal counsel or PR firm.
4. Pricing and Payment
The Service is billed at $200 per month per business location. Billing is handled securely through Paddle. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. All prices are in US dollars.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by contacting us at hello@replysentinel.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. There are no cancellation fees.
6. Limitation of Liability
ReplySentinel is not liable for any loss of business, reputational harm, or other damages arising from posted review replies. Review replies reflect our professional judgment; you retain the right to request deletion or modification of any reply. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you shall not exceed the fees paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.
7. Your Responsibilities
- You must maintain valid Google Business Profile manager access for us. If access is revoked, the Service will pause.
- You must notify us of any brand guidelines, sensitive topics, or ongoing legal matters that should inform how we respond to reviews.
- You agree not to use the Service in connection with any fraudulent activity, including incentivized or fake reviews.
8. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your business information and Google reviews. AI-generated reply content produced on your behalf is owned by you upon posting. ReplySentinel retains rights to its software, systems, and methodology.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior harmful to reviewers, other customers, or the integrity of Google's review platform.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you by email 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
